What to expect from your plan.
How are the plans billed?
Prices exclude VAT. Annual payment is made in advance: €828, €1,788 or €2,388 per year. We display the monthly equivalent. Monthly payment: €89, €179 or €239. First response targets apply during working hours and are not resolution deadlines.
Which websites do you maintain?
I maintain both WordPress websites and static HTML websites. Each has its own tasks: with WordPress, updating the core, plugins and theme; with a static site, fewer updates and more focus on content and performance. Before we start, I review your website and tell you which plan fits.
What counts as a small change?
Adjustments to existing features: plugin configuration, forms, redirects and small styling fixes. New development, redesigns and new features are quoted separately.
How does the technical adjustments allowance work?
Impulsar includes 30 minutes per month and Amplificar 60 minutes, without rollover. This includes diagnosis, implementation and testing. Work exceeding the allowance is quoted before proceeding. Resolving an issue covered by maintenance does not use this allowance.
Is support available 24 hours a day?
Monitoring is continuous. Requests are handled during business hours; this does not mean immediate human support around the clock.
Are hosting and licences included?
Before you sign up, we explain which hosting and licences your site needs, what's covered and what would cost extra.
Is there a minimum term and how can I cancel?
Monthly maintenance has no minimum commitment. Annual maintenance has a minimum term of one year and is paid in advance. Both renew automatically for periods matching the contracted term. To cancel renewal, email jose@josecabello.net at least 30 days before the next renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the contracted period, subject to applicable statutory rights.
