Services and contracting
Services include custom web design, the Small Business Web Package, maintenance, strategy audits and digital marketing as defined in each proposal. Enquiries create no obligation to buy. Scope, deliverables, revisions and schedule are agreed in writing before work begins.
Prices and prior audit
Service prices are stated in euros and are subject to VAT. Web Essential, Web Momentum and Web Growth require a prior audit costing €295 +VAT, billed separately. Commissioning the audit does not oblige you to commission the website design. The Small Business Web Package costs €699 +VAT and includes hosting and registration of one available domain at no extra cost for the first year; maintenance is not included. Each additional website language, in the Small Business Web Package or a custom design, costs €250 +VAT and includes AI translation.
Small Business Web Package payment and revision
The Small Business Web Package is paid in full in advance. It includes one revision round. Changes that extend the original proposal are quoted separately.
Custom project payments
Custom website projects are paid in two instalments: 50% in advance and 50% on completion, before the website is published.
Strategy audit
The strategy audit is paid in advance: €295 + VAT. It is billed separately, is not deducted from website design and does not oblige you to buy a website. Cancellation before it is carried out is refunded; once completed it is not refunded, subject to applicable statutory rights.
Revisions and scope changes
Custom projects include adjustments until you are satisfied within the approved original proposal. Revisions refine the agreed design and content; they do not change the strategy, add pages or features, or redo an already approved direction. Scope changes are quoted and accepted separately before work begins.
Schedule and client collaboration
The schedule starts when the initial payment is received. The client must supply the information, materials and approvals needed to proceed. If the client stops responding, final publication is paused until contact resumes and outstanding approvals are completed; the publication date is adjusted accordingly.
Cancellation of started projects
If the client cancels a design project after work has started, the initial payment is applied to work actually performed. The portion paying for that work is not refunded. Completed work will be documented and the corresponding amounts settled; the advance is not an automatic penalty and unperformed services are not charged where prohibited by applicable law.
Maintenance and renewal
Monthly maintenance has no minimum commitment. Annual maintenance has a minimum term of one year and is paid in advance. Both renew automatically for periods matching the contracted term. To cancel renewal, email jose@josecabello.net at least 30 days before the next renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the contracted period, subject to applicable statutory rights.
Domain, hosting and renewal
The Small Business Web Package includes registration of one available domain and hosting at no extra cost for the first year. Hosting then renews automatically for one year at €180 +VAT annually, with a one-year commitment. You can cancel renewal and move the website to another provider by emailing jose@josecabello.net at least 30 days before the contracted period ends. The domain renewal price and terms will be specified in the proposal. Maintenance is contracted separately.
Handover and error corrections
Once the project is completed and paid, FTP access and, where available, access to the website administration panel are provided. Errors in the delivered implementation are corrected at no cost during the first month after publication. This excludes new changes and problems caused by client or third-party modifications or external services, without affecting applicable statutory guarantees.
Growth Website campaigns
For Growth Website, ads are created in advertising accounts owned by the client, who must authorise my access to manage them. Ad spend is excluded and paid directly by the client to the platform. The 30-day review and adjustment period begins when the campaign is activated. Ongoing management is a separate service.
Materials and rights
Clients must provide accurate information and hold usage rights for supplied materials. Deliverable rights, third-party licences and handover terms will be defined in the proposal. No specific traffic, enquiry or sales figures are guaranteed.
Consumer rights and complaints
Where consumer law applies, information, withdrawal and statutory guarantee rights are respected. Any request to begin work during the withdrawal period and its consequences will be formalised under applicable law. Enquiries or complaints: jose@josecabello.net.
