ONE PAGE, ONE GOAL
How much does a landing page cost? Real prices and what it should include
A landing page can cost you nothing if you build it yourself with a tool, or more than €5,000 if you hire an agency. Here is what lies behind each price, what it should include and when a landing page makes more sense than a full website.
IN SHORT
In Spain in 2026, excluding VAT: building it yourself with a tool costs from nothing to around €50 a month; a freelancer usually charges €300–€600 for a simple landing page and €800–€1,500 for one designed to convert; an agency starts at around €2,000. Copy, design and connections to other tools move the price most.
What a landing page is (and how it differs from a website)
A landing page is a single page with one goal: getting visitors to do one specific thing. Request a quote, book an appointment, download a guide or join a list. It has no menu or links to distract them.
Your website presents your whole business. A landing page focuses on a single offer for a specific audience, usually people arriving from an ad, an email or a campaign.
EXAMPLE
A dental clinic advertises teeth whitening on Google. If the ad leads to the home page, patients have to hunt for the treatment among all the others. If it leads to a page just about whitening, with the price, how the process works, reviews and a button to book, the enquiry comes much more easily.

What a landing page costs depending on who builds it
These are the usual ranges in Spain in 2026, excluding VAT:
| Option | Typical price | When it fits |
|---|---|---|
| Build it yourself with a tool (MailerLite, Wix or others) | €0–€50 a month | If you have time, clear copy and a template is enough. |
| Freelancer: simple landing page | €300–€600 | Adapted template and copy you supply. |
| Freelancer: landing page designed to convert | €800–€1,500 | Structure, copy, original design and tracking. |
| Freelancer: with integrations | €1,500–€2,000 | Connection to your CRM, bookings, payments or A/B tests. |
| Agency | €2,000–€10,000 or more | Large campaigns with a design, copy and analytics team. |
If copywriting is charged separately, it usually adds €300–€1,000. And if you need it within a few days, expect a rush surcharge, typically 20–50% in the industry.

What pushes the price up or down
- Copy. It has the biggest influence on whether the page works, and it varies most: bringing finished copy is not the same as researching your offer, your customers and their doubts to write it.
- Design. Adapting a template takes less work than creating an original layout.
- Images. Stock photos, your own photos or video.
- The form and connections. Sending details to your inbox is simple; connecting them to your CRM, email tool, booking system or a payment takes setup and testing.
- Tracking. Having Analytics or Google Ads record each enquiry as a conversion.
- Languages and versions. Each language, and each variant for A/B tests, is extra work.
- Deadline. Rush jobs cost more.
What a good landing page should include
- A headline that says what you offer and to whom, in one sentence.
- Concrete benefits, not a list of features.
- Proof: reviews, real cases, figures you can back up.
- Answers to the doubts that hold people back: price, timing, how the process works, what happens if it goes wrong.
- A single call to action, repeated throughout the page.
- A short form asking only for the details you really need.
- Fast loading and easy reading on mobile, because that is where most ad traffic arrives.
- Conversion tracking so you know what works.
- The legal information: a privacy notice next to the form and links to the legal pages.
The headline and the offer are the hard part. To work on them, start with your value proposition

Landing page or full website?
A landing page fits when you are going to run ads, want to sell a flagship service, are launching something new or want subscribers in exchange for something useful.
A full website fits when you need to present everything you do, be found on Google for several services and build trust over time.
Worth knowing: a campaign landing page rarely ranks well on Google on its own, because it has little content and is built for traffic you send to it. If you want to appear on Google, service pages within your website work better. You will find how to build them in how to build a service page that converts
In practice, many businesses combine both: a website that explains who they are and landing pages for each campaign.
Mistakes that make a landing page expensive (or useless)
- Paying for the design and writing the copy at the last minute. A beautiful page with a muddled message does not convert.
- Sending every ad to the same generic page. Each offer needs its own page.
- Offering too many options: a menu, links to social media, several different buttons.
- Asking for too much in the form.
- Not tracking and judging the campaign by clicks.
- Not knowing who owns the page. If it lives on a monthly subscription platform, it disappears when you stop paying. A concrete case: ClickFunnels: what it is, what it costs and if you need it
What the quote should put in writing
- Which sections the page will have and for what goal.
- Who writes the copy and who supplies the images.
- How many revision rounds are included.
- Which connections are set up: email, CRM, email marketing tool, bookings or payments.
- Whether conversion tracking is set up.
- Where it is hosted, in whose name and what it costs per year.
- Whether the page is yours or stays inside a platform that charges monthly.
- Delivery date and price including taxes.
The logic is the same as for a whole website, as you will see in what a website quote should include
Common questions about landing page prices
How long does it take to build a landing page?
A simple one with finished copy can be ready in a few days. One with copy, original design and connections usually takes one to three weeks, mostly because of the copy and revisions.
Can I build a landing page for free?
Yes. Several tools have free plans with limits, and they are fine to start with. The hard part is not building the page but knowing what to say and in what order.
Does a landing page rank on Google?
Usually not much, because it is built for traffic you send through ads, emails or social media. Service pages on your website work better for appearing on Google.
How much does it cost to maintain a landing page?
If it is on your own website, the cost is your hosting and any changes you need. If it is on a platform, you pay its monthly fee for as long as you use it.
What is the difference between a landing page and a one-page website?
A one-page website presents your business in general. A landing page focuses on a single offer and a single action, with copy written to persuade a specific audience.
